Pickup was on time and spoke excellent English. Very nice and helpful. Second agent spoke amazing English, was even early as it was early morning and wanted to make sure we would be on time for airport departure. Recognized us as we recognized him instantly. Very nice and pleasant ending to our Barcelona experience.
