Used this service for transport from airport to hotel in Rome, and also two trips within Rome while we where there, and then back to the airport when we left. Superhappy about the punctuality of the drivers, and how professional the whole experience was. Especially the trip from the hotel to michelin-restaurant La Pergola. The driver showed up in a beautiful black car, and it was such an elegant touch that added to the whole experience that evening. How awesome is that to make sure our ride matches our destination?! Could NOT have been happier. Will use this service again wherever it is available. Loved our drivers; Marius, Garder, Gian Lucca and Rosalba. Every one of the where punctual, pleasant, helpful and professional. Never rushed us or anything and seemed happy to answer any questions we had. Would give more stars if possible :)
