booked Rome car airport pick up online with Welcome pickups- Confirmation was quick followed by updates and reminders of my journey and the details of the assigned driver were emailed to me 3 days before departure. I requested a simcard as well.
We were picked up on arrival to the the airport (driver holding Name board) and given the sim card package ordered online by the driver - The driver was courteous, polite , friendly and helpful, and spoke little english and me basic italian- and dropped us to our destination. Will book again for next trip!
