We have only recently booked transfers from and to the airport online and before departure. At firs I was skeptical that this would work well. However, Welcome Pickups kept us fully informed, first with an email confirmation, then, 4 days before the transfer another confirmation and a picture of the person doing the transfer, and then again one day before; so, we were never in doubt that the transfer would happen as scheduled. ALSO, it was less expensive than booking a taxi through our hotel.
