The driver that met us on our arrival in Budapest, Gyorgy, greeted us with a welcome pack which was a nice touch. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave use a lot of useful information on the way to our hotel. On our departure we had a different driver who again was pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed with the way Welcome Pickups kept me updated with regular texts and emails, especially as on our arrival we were delayed by an hour and Gyorgy rang to let me know he was waiting outside. I would recommend Welcome Pickups very highly and will use them again whenever possible.
