This was my first time using Welcome Pickups and I will definitely use it again. It made for a smooth, pleasant arrival, and a confident return journey. I had made an error in my booking details so used the 24/7 support to make contact. Staff were great and sorted it out straight away. Especially great was Jesus, our return taxi driver who was really informative about the city and went out of his way to get us through traffic to the airport on time. A super service, taking some of the small stresses out of travelling!
