Very easy booking. I also changed the picking hour by email two days before, no problem, I received an email confirming the updated schedule very quickly.
The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier and I got a message on my phone to inform me that he was waiting.
The car was exactly what we ordered, a minivan, as we were a party of five with a lot of suitcases.
We ordered 4 times with Welcome and it pas perfect like this everytime.
We highly recommend!
