We were satisfied with the service. Due to road closures and resulting traffic we were delayed to our meeting point. We tried to contact the service but number given on invoice was either busy or rang out. We contacted the rental car place, which was the place of meeting and were advised that our driver was also delayed (same issue). When we arrived he was waiting there with us and helped us quickly put luggage into the car. He was friendly and helpful. On our way to the port he advised that our designated driver was stuck in the traffic and he picked up the job so not to delay us any further. He also called the rental car service so they can forward the message that he will be there and for us not to worry. Excellent customer service. He was nice to chat with - a lovely guy. My only complaint is that Welcome needs to provide the name and mobile number of designated driver by text as we could have directly contacted the driver to advise of our delay.
