I used Welcome in Paris, Rome and Athens on my most recent trip to Europe.Each time the experience was phenomenal. At each airport location when I existed there was a driver waiting for me, holding a sign with my name. I did not have to search around or call to ask where the drive was. They were right there. They all had a little welcome token, such as a map or water of a little "Welcome" tote, or both - which was a pleasant surprise. I also used Welcome for transfers back to each airport, and on each occasion, they were at the hotel exactly when they said they would be there. I wish I had heard about Welcome years ago, as that would have definitely saved me much of the aggravation I have endured with other hotel/airport transportation measures. I will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for private transfers to and from the airport.
