I found the service to be very good.
Booking and email / SMS communications were good throughout. I had to change the time of my return journey and was able to do this with no problems.
The taxi drivers for both legs of my journey arrived on time, provided good communications and were friendly and polite. The cars were clean and of a good standard, and were driven smoothly and safely.
