My wife and I used Welcome Pickups for the first time on our recent trip to Madrid from Melbourne, Australia. On a previous trip we had taken the train into the city, as the hotel was next to the station. On this occasion, our hotel was in the centre of the city and a long walk from the nearest station. We decided to use Welcome Pickups for the convenience, and were very happy with the service. We were met at the arrivals hall by the driver, having been kept up to fate with his location by text messages, and escorted to the car. On our trip back to the airport, our request to change the pickup time was handled promptly and with excellent customer service. The driver even arrived early to pick us up. Both drivers were very friendly and professional and spoke good English. The extra cost as compared to a normal taxi was well worth it, and we would unreservedly recommend Welcome Pickups to all travellers. Great service!
