We were two families traveling to Crete together. It was important to us to get a minivan with baby seats to match the ages of our children. We were worried about delays in the flight and troubles catching a taxi. Then I stumbled upon welcome pickups. Their support is great and all my questions were answered in a matter of hours. In Crete, the driver waited for us even though the flight was delayed - as he checked it status. He drove a nice minivan and brought the baby seats with him. He was friendly and drove carefully. We were very satisfied and ordered also the ride back. Great service - very recommended for families traveling with children! As a side note - if you make the order form more detailed it can save your support representatives some time :)
