A very professional pickup service that exceeded all of my expectations. Ive recently travelled to Spain and required around 4 airport transfers in total. I opted for welcome pickups after reading some of their great customer reviews/ feedback and decided to use them. It was quite worrying at the beginning as you had to pay upfront for all of your transfers, however from the moment I booked, I was updated every step of the way of my transfer, and driver which is very professional. The ice on the cake was a small welcoming gift that compromises of welcome bag, map of the city you are visiting and any other items that you can prebook prior to arriving. This is especially handy when you are wanting to book excursions and tickets etc. All the drivers we were allocated were highly professional, friendly and approachable, I would definetely be using this service in the future
