This is the first time I had used Welcome Pickups and I was really impressed with the overall service. I used them for the transfer from Prague Airport from the old town. The driver was there waiting for us at the airport, I got a text to say he was there, and the fact that they shared a picture of the drivers helps you find them in the crowd. The driver helped with the cases and gave us some good tips for our stay. The return was equally good with the driver appearing at the hotel spot on time despite a traffic incident causing all sorts of issues in the city. The driver gave us a good tip on where to eat in the airport which worked out really well for us. Both drivers spoke excellent English and were very professional. I will look to use the company on my next trip if I can.
