Organising transfers for Barcelona was easy online, but there was still lots of communication before travelling, which was reassuring, and then the transfers were great. The drivers were waiting for us on time even though our first flight was delayed 3 hours, they didnt hesitate to deal with all luggage needs and appeared more interested in the feedback/rating we'd give them, over the amount of tip, which was refreshing.
