Welcome pickups have been excellent throughout. We recently had two trips from the Airport to Piraeus and then from a different address in Athens back to the airport. The drivers were very courteous and efficient. We had a late arrival into Athens which was handled without a hitch by Welcome changing the designated driver at the last minute. Also in our booking the return visit to Athens airport we had connectivity problems in our unreliable internet connection. Welcome again handled this well by their understanding of the situation and promptly dealing with the booking. Well done Welcome
