This is an amazing service at a very reasonable price. We didn't know Madrid Airport so it was great to see Jaun waiting for us. He told us a lot about places to go in Madrid during the ride to our hotel and gave us their welcome pack of bag and maps. On one map he had marked particular things he thought we would be interested in. We changed the pick up time for the transfer back to the airport with no trouble at all and were picked up on time by Fernando who got us through the rush hour traffic and dropped us off well on time. Both drivers spoke very good English and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Welcome Pickups to anyone and wish the company all the best for their future business.
