We recently used Welcome Pickups for both an airport transfer to our hotel then a second transfer the next day to the port in Barcelona to pick up our cruise. Both times the drivers were where they were supposed to be and on time (if not slightly early). Everything ran smoothly so zero stress. Good level of English by both too so there were no communication issues. I would like to highlight that Welcome use local taxi companies to provide their service. If you need to communicate with the driver in advance, you are emailed their name and phone number as well as a WhatsApp link. If you have 3 passengers or more request a big taxi.
