This company has nailed best business practices. The great communication skills, service and drivers are to be commended. We used them six times for our trip to Athens and Santorini. Manos in Athens was there after 24 hours of travel to get us to our hotel with no stress. They send reminders and photos of your driver to give it that personal touch. Manos imparted us his local knowledge and preferences which was very helpful. If we requested an earlier arrival time to go to the airport, the support staff was always accommodating. George in Santorini was there even when our flight was one and a half hours late. His face in the crowd made my stress melt. Manos' and George's driving was superior on the very narrow, congested streets. We will specifically look up Welcome Taxi for all our future European vacations. An amazing company!
