Used Welcome for a recent trip to Rome (leisure - not business) and I have to say the service was excellent ..... first class.
Helpfull and friendly drivers with nice comfortable vehicles.
Great communication about pick-up, who your drive will be etc., and all on-time and quick efficient transfers.
All you could want - and at a reasonable price as well.
