An easy no fuss alternative to getting a taxi from the airport (for the same price). Our driver was there to meet us on time and he was friendly, chatty and had a good sense of humour. His English was good and we had no trouble communicating. He was happy to answer any questions we had and also pointed out places of interest as we drove into Madrid. A change in our flight schedule was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Welcome management and the whole process from first contact to drop off at our accommodation went smoothly. Highly recommend.
