The driver arrived at our accommodation on time and helped us with our bags. He was friendly and spoke good English so communication was not a problem. We found the process of booking through Welcome Pickups so much easier than trying to find a taxi and the cost is the same. Wherever we travel in future, if Welcome Pickups service is available we will definitely use again. The whole process was professional and efficient.
