I have used welcome pick ups a number of times now both for my own travel and that of family members on separate trips. Always found them to be polite, informative and extremely helpful. Never had any issues with lateness and the update info sent via email is great. It's fantastic to know your driver is outside even before passing customs. would highly recommend for pleasure and business trips.
