We pre-reserved two transfers through Welcome Pickups—one from the port to our hotel & one from the hotel to the airport. Due to unforeseen delays, we had to make changes to both transfer pick up times. I contacted Welcome Pickups through email to make the necessary adjustments—I received a reply almost immediately and then a confirmation email with my new itinerary time. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups—both drivers were punctual, professional and friendly. We arrived at our destinations safely and received helpful tips/advice from the drivers.
