I found Welcome Pickups to be very professional and polite. The drivers were early on both my transfer pick ups and I was kept up to date by email of the times and dates that the transfers were happening.
I was also provided with a name and a photo of the driver so I could easily recognise who my driver is. I have already recommended Welcome Pickups to my work colleagues.
