This is the best way to get from airport to hotel in a city you do not know. Took it in Rome and in Madrid: perfect reception, very clean cars, excellent drivers and for very little cost over a regular taxi that could take you sightseeing without you even knowing it! In addition their SIM card (18€) saves you tons compared to what I would pay for my Canadian provider: Roam as at Home for 12$ plus tax a day! And if you ask questions by email you get the answer in 5 minutes. I just love it!
