Booked online for transfer from airport to hotel & then from hotel to riverboat. Great communication upon arrival at airport. Only issue was that they arrived upon touchdown of plane and only stayed 1 hour. They didn't take into consideration the 15min taxi to the gate, deplaning, passport control, long walk to baggage claim, etc. We barely made it in time. For the 2nd transfer, we had the hotel call the driver to tell him we were ready 1 hour early. He showed up within 15min! Drivers were friendly. Cars were clean. I would most definitely use this company again.
