This was our first time using Welcome Pickups. We looked at the trip advisor reviews and decided to give them a go, but only booked the initial transfer (just in case). They provide you with good email updates including the contact details and photograph of the driver, text messages on arrival and a small goodie bag including water. Our driver, Karel was fantastic. Despite the emails offering all kinds of tours, Karel did not try and do the Hard Sell to us (which was greatly appreciated). He was polite and great company, showing us some of the sites on our route to the hotel. His car was smart, clean and spacious. Once we got to our destination we immediately booked the return journey with him. I guess it all depends on the driver you get, but when we go back to Prague we would definitely recommend Karel and Welcome Pickups.
