We had booked a Welcome Pickups connection for our arrival into Berlin. There were 8 adults in our group and we had heaps of luggage. Our group also arrived on 2 different flights at a slightly different arrival time. Our original booking was for a large van/ bus but that could have been changed to 3 vehicles. I was the booking person and I received informative emails from Welcome Pickups prior to our flight keeping us informed and telling us that our transfer would now be in a van and a car. When we arrived we found the 2 drivers waiting for us and they had secured parking spots right outside the terminal. They were both very helpful handling and packing all our luggage. Both drivers were very friendly and spoke good English. Most of our group had not been to Berlin previously and both drivers were keen to point out lots of important buildings and monuments and a bit of history. This was most informative and much appreciated. We were very happy with our Welcome Pickups connection in Berlin and have given it 5- Stars. Will be using them again for sure.
