When we landed at Berlin Tegel he was there to meet/greet us. He was smartly dressed, his vehicle was spotlessly clean & he was able to point out many of the places of interest to us as first time visitors. When it was time to leave he was again there on time to take us to our airport of choice. All in all a very professional operator. We would have no qualms in recommending him to our family and friends.
