The entire process is about as quick and easy as is possible: book and pay online; then a couple of days before pick-up, I received an email with details of who my driver was to be, and how I could contact him if I had any questions or might be late. Then the same for the reverse journey (different driver). Both drivers, from Seville airport to hotel, and then from hotel to airport a week later, were friendly, professional and helpful, and the cars were clean and comfortable. Five stars all round for both of our drivers, Marcello and Joachin, and the overall Welcome service!
