We booked Welcome Pickups on-line. Our request was acknowledged and we were kept informed every step of the way. On arrival, we received a text message to confirm that our driver was waiting for us and were exactly met as planned.
On departure, our driver arrived in good time at our hotel and took us efficiently to the airport.
The drivers were courteous and helpful and displayed considerable skill negotiating the Lisbon traffic. Overall an excellent service that I would recommend.
