Juan Carlos our driver was punctual, helpful, friendly & courteous. He gave us a mini guided tour of Madrid on our way from the airport to our hotel, which was useful as it helped us find attractions we wanted to visit during our stay. For our return journey to the airport he arrived a little early and took us the quickest route possible to the airport & dropped us in an area that minimised the walk to our check in desk. Overall we received excellent service.
