Hi there, I had previously written a negative review due to the fact that in Barcelona I felt the charge for the taxi that picked us up was overpriced. While true that it is an expensive service compared to the taxis you can hail in front of your hotel/ residence, it is a professional, clean service and the driver we had was very friendly and punctual. When I wrote the review I was immediately contacted by William who oversees the operation and he ensured that we received a refund to our Visa for the price we had been overcharged so that instead of paying 81 euros, we were refunded 48 euros and thereby only paid approximately what it costs with a regular taxi service. Our faith in this company was definitely restored by this gesture of honesty, kindness and understanding. Rest assured that you are dealing with professionals and an honest service but be careful to not overpay--do your homework and check comparisons before leaving home.
