Exceptional service from start to finish. Excellent communication and information provided by Welcome Pickups (Lisbon), including the driver's name and photograph and the type of vehicle. Regular anxiety-reducing updates and most importantly a "bang-on time" pick up in a clean, mechanically sound vehicle. Our driver, Domingos, expertly negotiated an unexpected motorway closure because of an accident.
