I booked a drop off at Hearklion Airport , pick up being 650am on Sunday 22/9/19. I paid, got a confirmation email and they cancelled it at 632am because they couldn't get a driver. They didn't bother to ring just an email at 632am. I was very lucky to not miss my flight, the local bus was thankfully reliable, got to the airport with 15 min to spare. I'm lucky these guys aren't surgeons, I would be dead by now. Very bad experience, get a taxi organised via the hotel, this company is another Greek tragedy, sorry to say. But I must give credit to Ktel buses, they run on time and are reliable.
