Recently made an order from Well.ca and it was delivered to an old address, which they say is the "default" address. However, when I was doing the order, I noticed outdated Credit Card info, so I looked at my account and changed payment methods and I deleted old address and afterwards I made an order. Well.ca says my address was never changed, but, I have proof on my computer. Customer service rep ignored my complaint essentially saying I was a liar. Will never use Well.ca again. I will file a Paypal and/or credit card claim. Stay away from Well.ca Worst on-line service ever!!!
