I will say the company was very pleasant and helpful. Great customer service and free recipes. I am new to this kind of restrictive diet. Everything I made was disgusting and made my whole house smell like eggs. Spent $70. on all that food. Another $40. on all the other ingredients needed to make anything. Wish I hadn't.
