I thought the bread came out excellent. I appreciate that it's all in the bag and you just have to mix it. That said, my only complaint would be that it's a little expensive for what's in it. It only has a few ingredients, and only the flax is organic. I was going to order again, but at $11/bag before shipping, it's a bit costly for us at this time. But grateful that you're out there!
