Brendalan was professional, personable, a good listener, and a giver of possible solutions. She made me feel comfortable to open up and share. She did temperature checks to see where I was emotionally. She did not speak from a textbook or point paper. She met me where I was and worked with me to get to my goals. She actually asked me what I wished to achieve.
