Karen is professional and warm. She is an expert at making me feel seen, heard and understood. I’ve tried to start therapy for a long time and despite being scared, she has made me feel confident it is something I will continue with. My favorite time of the month is when I get to have a session and bounce ideas off a safe, respectful and reliable person like her. I highly recommend!
