I had to contact the company over Facebook and Instagram to chase up my order as they don't have a working contact number and they didn't answer my emails, my item was saying it was shipped and after a long time they finally messaged me to say they have refunded the order.
I don't believe they even intended to send it in the first place.
The worst company I've ever dealt with.
I would say trading standards should look at their practices.
