“Purchase so easy but refund proving not so .. agree with a refund/collection charge ..very reasonable price but actual collection taking too long im aftaid so then delaying refund even though I have purchased and payed for a bigger tree”

“Very poor. I have emailed 4 times for help in returning my Xmas lights as I ordered the wrong ones. I have followed the instructions on portal but cannot get a label. It comes pre lit and fully decorated so no faffing on needed. It’s 9ft long and quite thick and looks great coming down staircase .”

“Normally I cannot fault your service. On this occasion however items were inadequately packaged and just put in a plastic posting bag which resulted in 2 baubles being dented on arrival.and only good for the bin. THE OTHER BAUBLES I ORDER5D CAME In extra outer cardboard box and arrived no damage”
