“My goods have not arrrived yet the company states it has, unable to show my proof with a photograph yet they are unable too, I have an electric gate so I would happily go through a dispute with them , don’t not buy from this customer they treat their customers like liars”

“This company is shocking I ordered two items both were received faulty. I contacted the company by email with pictures showing the faults on the day the order was delivered. That was Saturday 9th December, someone called “Matt” sent an email with a link to a returns portal.
But the returns portal does not allow me to self generate returns labels to get the faulty goods back to them. All it does is generate when I hit submit a message saying “we can’t offer you an immediate resolution”!
Here we are 18th of December 5 emails later and I’m no further forward.

Presently they’ve taken my money, sent me faulty items and continue to ignore me in terms of generating return labels to get there, shoddy goods back to them .
Avoid this company like the plague.”
“What a shambles this lot are. I'm trying to return an item and the company agreed to process the refund. For five days, despite daily emails to them, I have not received a return label. "Matt" replied to one email to tell me to print out the return label and attach it to the package. But how can I do that if they haven't sent it? Returns have to be within 30 days, and I'm wondering what happens if they still haven't sent the return label in that time. No phone number, no chat bot, just email after email that does unanswered. Avoid this awful company like the plague!”

We bought a tree from this so called 5star company .the tree was delivered and found to be faulty,asked by email numerous times for refund, this company does not give refunds end of story. Not even a response will be taking it further! No telephone numbers available .Please keep well away .”

“Order: 257697. I have complained about items being faulty 3 times now in support request 62613 and 67062 at the beginning of December and not received any response in regard to that. I one email I got response to item missing from that order written by Matt but the issue of faulty item was completely ignored. Negative review about item quality with supporting pictures Sat, 2 Dec was not published on the website at all despite email verification. Out of 12 lights only 6 worked, other 6 had manufacturing fault as the batteries could not go far enough to close the cap (picture attached). Some of the candles were rusty on the inside as well.”
“The three reindeer family I have purchased is faulty and they have not responded to any of my emails. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards. Do not order from them, there is no contact number and they are a scam company.”

“Received a pre lit tree. Assembled it and lights went on for a second then straight off. Messaged company took a week to reply to be told to try connect again if not reply back to get a new plug sent out. Still no reply. Been over 2 weeks with no working tree and no reply. Wouldn’t bother buying anything from them”

No phone numbers work, no emails get answered and thats before or if I ever get the tree.

I've ordered 3 items. 1 was ok. 1 arrived damaged and I'm waiting a full refund, they have received the item according to tracking but are ignoring my messages about a refund.
The third item they sent me the wrong thing (I ordered a garland and received a father Christmas figure). Been a week and they're ignoring my emails.
All telephone numbers don't work. Details via PayPal do not work. They ignore emails sent to the email address on their website.”
