“Bad service. Used Evri to deliver and it was put in my front garden while I was away and subsequently stolen. I reported this and they said I had to report to police and get a CRN. I contacted consumer rights and sent a letter, they then refunded me after many weeks.”
“I haven’t received my order and had no response to my enquiry as to why not yet.

“Had to sen back it’s got lots of small beads on that fall off. There are hundreds of the things and as you put the tree up or move it at all they fall off. I have a dog so would be dangerous.”
“Still haven't received my order which was purchased on 1st January. Keep sending tracking details but when I try and track my parcel the parcel delivery company have not received anything. Contacted them 4 days ago and tried to contact them again today but still waiting for an answer. Asking for my money to be refunded.”
“Not the tree i ordered and it came badly damaged and looked like it had already been returned once as this tree had already been put up. However, i cannot fault the customer service as they have arranged collection for me due to age and disability and will refund in full. This has not put me off ordering with them in the future as the rest of my order is beautiful. Unfortunately, they do not have the same tree in stock otherwise i would have just exchanged so full refund should be on its way to me once parcelforce collect later today. Think my tree was just put in an incorrect box and sent out from the warehouse.”
“Delivery was already a week late, contacted Evri who said to contact seller, contacted we are christmas only for them to show little interest and say how great Evri are and i should contact them myself. I explained i had already done that and gotten conflicting information so as the seller could they contact to find out what was happening with order they didnt bother to do si. I then asked how i would go about cancelling and redunding if order didnt come that day as promised. Receievd an email with no discussion or enquiry if cancelling was indeed what i was going to go ahead with just staing that theyd contacted evri and cancelled my order and and asked evri to return it. So couldnt be bothered to contact evri when customer was seeking help to trace order but could to tell evri not to bother. It came across as incredibly rude and unprofessional, glad they did though as i found a better product elsewhere which actually bothered to deliver when they said they would. Would not recommend and will never use again, poor uncaring customer service. Didnt even bother to reply to my email when i contacted regarding their cancellation”
“Ordered in December still haven't received this item despite contacting them numerous times asking for it. I will not be using them again and won't be recommending”
