“I ordered my Christmas tree with next day delivery I then waited 3 days and was told that the tree had been shipped and that Parcelforce was having delays. I then received another email the following week saying u had dispatched my order. So it was nothing to do with parcelforce. I will never be using this company ever again. Was fed pure lies from the beginning.”
“Terrible. Firstly, delivery was excessively late (check their Trustpilot reviews, company wide issue and they try to blame the courier). Secondly, shoddy products. Boxes were battered and grubby, baubles were covered in dried hot glue and had bits falling off them”
“I paid for it and I never received the wreath. I'd like to say it was lovely, but I can't. Ive emailed werchristmas and ive heard back that they sent it and told me that I will receive it. The courier company said it was to big to ship and to go back to werchristmas, which I have done and asked can I have a replacement, but have heard nothing back so far the customer service is not the best and I do hope I receive the wreath in good time for Christmas, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed. Overall I don't think I'll be buying anything from werchristmas ever again. Poor service”

Sent me half a tree and (a) they only sent me half of it and (b) I’m being expected to pay for returning it, even though it’s faulty.”

“Tree arrived broken (lights) they want me to send tree back before sending a replacement and leaving my children without a tree at Christmas DISGUSTING SERVICE.
The latest is they cannot collect the tree from my property and I have to get a 7Ft tree back to a depot. I have explained on multiple emails that this is not possible as I have no means of getting the tree to a depot.
Please if you have any disabilities or no means of transport do not use this company as they will happily take £290 of your money but not offer any options for vulnerable people getting the tree back to them.
They make the returns process almost impossible so that people just don’t and they score for the money.
