“The middle tree lights do not work and I am stuill awaiting a response from you to replace or collect the tree which I would prefer as its too late now to put up.”

While I did receive a prompt refund after raising the issue, there was no apology, explanation, or offer of a replacement, nor was there any attempt to ask how they could make things right. “Extremely dissapointed as have used WeRChristmas a lit but the power cable connectors have changed do we can not add onto existing lights no one told us or indicated on the web site there was a change so not happy sorry to say used to love and keep adding but can not no longer”

We completely understand how frustrating it is to find that connectors have changed and that this wasn’t as clear as it should have been at the point of purchase.
Over time, some of our lighting ranges have evolved to meet updated safety standards and improve performance, which can unfortunately mean older and newer systems are not always compatible.
