“Tree arrived broken (lights) they want me to send tree back before sending a replacement and leaving my children without a tree at Christmas DISGUSTING SERVICE.
The latest is they cannot collect the tree from my property and I have to get a 7Ft tree back to a depot. I have explained on multiple emails that this is not possible as I have no means of getting the tree to a depot.
Please if you have any disabilities or no means of transport do not use this company as they will happily take £290 of your money but not offer any options for vulnerable people getting the tree back to them.
They make the returns process almost impossible so that people just don’t and they score for the money.

“The box arrived damp and torn before I even opened it. Inside, the garland was mouldy and had a strong smell of mould. While I did receive a prompt refund after raising the issue, there was no apology, explanation, or offer of a replacement, nor was there any attempt to ask how they could make things right. “Extremely dissapointed as have used WeRChristmas a lit but the power cable connectors have changed do we can not add onto existing lights no one told us or indicated on the web site there was a change so not happy sorry to say used to love and keep adding but can not no longer”

We completely understand how frustrating it is to find that connectors have changed and that this wasn’t as clear as it should have been at the point of purchase.
Over time, some of our lighting ranges have evolved to meet updated safety standards and improve performance, which can unfortunately mean older and newer systems are not always compatible.
