Absolutely abysmal customer service!! Absolutely abysmal customer service!! I would recommend you avoid spending your money here. The customer service after purchase is none existent!! Plus the products are massively over priced

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience ordering from WeRChristmas. Despite placing my order weeks ago, the delivery has been a nightmare due to their courier partner, Parcelforce. Here’s what went wrong: Parcelforce repeatedly failed to deliver, even though I was home every single time. Their live tracking showed drivers canceling deliveries while not even near my area, followed by false claims of "attempted delivery" with no card left behind. I contacted Parcelforce customer service four times. Twice, they promised a manager would call back within 48 hours — that never happened. I cannot collect the parcel myself due to its size, and the depot is inaccessible without a car. I reached out to WeRChristmas to escalate the issue and request a new courier service, but no resolution has been provided. Given the many negative reviews about Parcelforce online, I am shocked that WeRChristmas continues to use them despite their unreliable service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has soured my view of WeRChristmas. I strongly advise others to reconsider ordering unless this company improves its choice of courier and takes responsibility for resolving delivery issues.

Christmss decorations were extremely poor quality and falling apart straight out of the box. Also ordered LED lights which did not work. Customer service was non existent, never received a refund. Binned all items and will never make the mistake of ordering from weRchristmas again.

My daughter recommended you to me and had a 25% discount off her tree last year and it is a lovely tree. She contacted you recently and asked if the same discount would be available this year and was told no. I therefore went ahead and ordered the same tree as her with a 10% discount! The other day I received an email from you informing that shop wide there is a 20% discount. I now feel upset that my daughter was not told this because if she had her I would have waited a short while so I could have received the extra 10% off my tree.

This is a total scam, the picture of their tree vs what actually arrived is completely different. The one that arrived is very sparse and its absolutely horrible. To top it all off, these guys make YOU pay for the return and wont even make a collection for this massive tree. I will never again buy from them and I suggest no one does.

The box didn’t arrive with all of the parts After a long time trying to explain, it was finally understood that 3 of the 4 parts were correct and the middle of the tree missing No replacement or support offered Refund given Left without a functioning tree and advised to dispose of a 12ft tree as they don’t do returns That is a lot of plastic to landfill Disappointed Tree-less

Shocking company first sent me a Christmas tree with a section missing suppose to have a b c parts mine has part a and 2 x c parts then sent me another tree out with the b section not working so no lights at this point I'm so fed up with the stress so put a string of lights round it as it's my son first Xmas wanted it sorted lets say after spending 300 on a tree I won't be buying anything else company is rubbish

Unfortunately on this occasion I found the product to be very cheap in appearance and was plastic. It was not rattan but the white plastic was designed to mirror a rattan design. Returns easy- as was refund however I would not recommend this product unless you are happy with a white plastic tree skirt.

as a photographer , I repy on timely deliveries for my setups, and my esperince with this xmas garland has been nothing short of a disaster. I ordered it specifically for my xmas mini session, but its now 8 days late. and still dont have it. If you are a photographer or anyone needing decorations for a event I Highly recommend looking elsewhere. this experience has been incredibly disappointing.

They sell junk from China with what can only be a fake CE cert. I would advise anyone not to purchase anything electric from them if they value their home as I can only see them as a fire hazard. I received a faulty transformer that was running extremely hot in a matter of minutes so hot that it burnt out the light selector in seconds! I contacted them about it and they said it was something I had done to cause this 🤣🤣 they are cowboys selling dangerous junk! Avoid at all cost.

I received my lights and to my surprise there was no adapter. When I went back to the website, it does state plug adapter not included ( which I had missed). I’ve never bought any lights which do not come with a plug and quite frankly I feel ripped off, as the adapter is £6 which makes the lights more expensive than most. Very disappointed!

I order some outside lights they came without a plug , when I tried to contact them no phone number only email they sent me a link to a transformer ( plug ) that was the wrong size . I was so very disappointed
