I ordered it on 19th November and today is 27th November so far it has not arrived! I've had a plethora of emails from EVRI, personally I think they have lost my order I emailed werchristmas customer service have not received a reply yet!”
“Wreath arrived in good time, but unfortunately unusable because there was no lead contained in the parcel - just a wreath and an adaptor. In addition there was no paperwork enclosed to advise if you wished to return item. I have contacted Werchristmas by email on 3 occasions with no-one getting back to me..
So I am stuck with a product that I cannot use, and yet my payment for the item went out of my account weeks ago.
Not long to chrostmas and I cannot use a product that I paid nearly £100 pound gor, the sender is ignoring my emails, and I cannot even return it for a refund.
So, so disappointed eith the wat this company are happy to take my money and then just ignore the fact that there product was not as advertised.
So, no money, no wreath, and no contact from the company to even try and rectify their mistake.

“Was advised these cables would work when id shown the guys the connections on the chat box, and clearly there weren't. Unsure of why they use the chat box because most of them are unable to help”
“Unfortunately some of the bulb covers were missing from all 3 strings of lights we purchased. They were loose in the box, but when we lifted the strings out of the box more covers fell off. We tried just pushing them back on but they fell off again. WeRchristmas dealt with the complaint professionally and we returned the lights for credit. Hopefully this was a 'one-off' batch problem but we didn't want to risk it again so didn't find our how replacements would have faired.”

I bought the Craford 7ft Prelit Christmas tree and have only used it once as I was in hospital the 1st year. I put it up for the 2nd time yesterday to find out that the top part won't light up. I've contacted Werchristmas who will not help as it's out of warranty. You get a 3 year warranty with purchases now but when I purchased, it was only a year. I would expect to get more than 1 use out of an Xmas tree that retails at over £300. This has ruined our Xmas, we are struggling financially and now we have a half lit tree. I would not recommend them after this poor experience.”
