“Product poorly made. Joint pin to locate head on body did not fit. Had to "adjust" with pliers & even then it did not fit properly. Product not checked by WRC before delivery. Carton simply passed on to customer after delivery from China.”

I now have to find time to return them to the post office at a very busy time of year, they battery boxes I require are no longer in stock so I have two expensive wreathes and no way to light them up.”

Parcel was now delivered over a week ago no trace of parcel has been delivered to my address yet I’ve just went away for two nights came back home with three parcels at my door that have sat there for 3 days yet this parcel that was delivered on a day I went home from lunch appears to have gone missing. Can’t blame the company as of yet but the communication has been poor have emailed twice, still waiting on a reply from parcel force. Have had to go out and buy a real tree.”
