“I asked advice on which battery boxes to use for the wreaths I purchased and was given the worng link. These boxes do not fit my wreathes. I now have to find time to return them to the post office at a very busy time of year, they battery boxes I require are no longer in stock so I have two expensive wreathes and no way to light them up.”

“I can’t actually rate the product, still missing. Parcel was now delivered over a week ago no trace of parcel has been delivered to my address yet I’ve just went away for two nights came back home with three parcels at my door that have sat there for 3 days yet this parcel that was delivered on a day I went home from lunch appears to have gone missing. Can’t blame the company as of yet but the communication has been poor have emailed twice, still waiting on a reply from parcel force. Have had to go out and buy a real tree.”

“Stand far too weak to support the tree. I wasn’t happy with it when I took it out of the box and gave way before I could put the 4th tier on. Tree collapsed and now stuck 😡!!”

“I Did not recieve the tree I ordered. They sent me a wreath two days late. I have returned this and the christmas tree bag which is useless without a tree. I am still waiting for my refund and no one at customer services is replying to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
