“Light looks good but, Very poor company, paid £8. 99 for next day delivery.
It took 5 days to delivery. Company would not even give me a partial refund on delivery. When the product finally turned up it was bent in the box st the box is too small for the item that was delivered. Would not recommend this company or ever use them again.”

“We ordered a 3.6m outdoor xmas tree and 4 Spiral Trees.
All were found to be of poor build quality. The tree had parts missing and some parts that were not welded at the correct angle. As a result, the tree will not sit level.

“The 3 wise men rope light was not working when i unpacked it. The live chat agent was reluctant to take the broken item and exchange it for a working item. She said i would need to pay to return it myself despite it being faulty. She eventally said she would replace it, but i would need to dispose of the faulty one myself.
The customer experience was not good, and i had to really be decisive to actually receive the replacementm entioning the distance selling laws. Disappointing....”

“Absolute rubbish. The top half of the tree lights didn't work. We reported the issue, sent photographic evidence in response customer services did not offer any solutions and no refunds.
This company has been reported to Trading Standards. Bunch of scanners.”

“Was so Disappointed so sent the item back as it looked nothing like the photo
It looked more like a small bush then a small tree,
I then received my refund too then find I had been charged twice for the postage, will never be ordering again and definitely won't be recommending them too anyone ...”
“Rubbish. Tree not as expected. The imitation snow frosting was loose and falling off the tree. The box was full of the crystals and moving the tree only made it worse.
Sadly very disappointed as even the branches appeared very sparse so full tree effect very unlikely.”
“Customer IT department absolutly terrible. I had ordered 20m of string of lights that came in 3 sections. 2 sections work but very dull that you could hardly see them working, when I joined them together they didn't work at all. I tried to return them but this was very difficult and confusing, but redirected me to the IT department. After sending videos and photo's on the 3rd correspondance said have I pluged them together properly, "sorry but when you have a male and female connection" you can't connect them any other way??? I felt like they was talking to me like a child. I just gave up and wont be buying string lights of them again,”
