100% not as described, I’ve been sent a returned item with no labels, just something thrown into a huge cardboard box. Customer service? A disgrace! They were asking for evidence (pictures)! How can you see in a picture that the item is not new? On top of that, they said they’ll charge me for transport even though THEY sent me a horrible tree, not cheap at all. I had to pay someone to take the box to the post office as the box was huge, for a little christmas tree (they also sent me the wrong size) and did not fit into my car. Not recommend this item, not ti mention the customer service…a bad joke! I want my money back!!! The item was sent back last week!
