The 3 wise men rope light was not working when i unpacked it. The live chat agent was reluctant to take the broken item and exchange it for a working item. She said i would need to pay to return it myself despite it being faulty. She eventally said she would replace it, but i would need to dispose of the faulty one myself.
The customer experience was not good, and i had to really be decisive to actually receive the replacementm entioning the distance selling laws. Disappointing....
